Fitness journey update

So I've been trying to bust this belly fat of mine lately. I've cut down high amounts of sugar and fizzy drinks that i indulge in when stressed, opting for oat milk/green juice/blueberries/spinach/nuts/flax/salad when i need a snack. I have also been doing push ups (well a version of that - a youtube fitness video had a woman doing a strange rolling push up that i've mastered) every day. Squats, planks and wall-sits. 

I'm starting to see results and thats making me really exited haha. I'm hoping to get even more toned and keep it all going through christmas time (Dear future self: don't give up you doofus)
I'll keep this blog updated if i end up looking like hulk hogan or I am found crying in a puddle of chocolate wrappers and dr pepper.

My main goal is to have a flat tummy and a bigger butt haha, but also to get into a routine that stops me from being so dependent and addicted to food when under stress.
