In an attempt to be healthier the whole of 2014, i started replacing my love of sweets with fruit + the occasional snack bar. Here's my  review of my favourite morning snack/post work out munch!

CAVEWOMAN HALLOWEEN COSTUME | UK LUVYABABES REVIEW

Halloween is just around the corner! It's my favourite time of the year second to christmas - candy apples, scary movies and dressing up :) I kind of had a lazy moment this year and decided to go for a cavewoman costume. I was considering pregnant nun, evil cheerleader and nicki minaj - but this was really easy and not all that expensive haha :)

10 MINUTE CRUNCHY NOODLE LUNCH | FOOD | RECIPE

This is my favourite lunch/quick meal! It only contains 4 ingredients and requires very little effort - yet tastes amazing. It goes well as a side-dish to steamed salmon, hoisin duck, teriyaki chicken etc. or as i prefer to eat it - by itself as an easy vegetarian snack. This was my go-to meal throughout college, i ate this almost daily haha :)

SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIE | SPINACH + STRAWBERRY

I love making smoothies! But recently i stopped out of pure laziness to go out & shop for produce to whip up. I had some frozen strawberries in the freezer for a snack, some spinach in the fridge & a nice carton of oat milk. What started as an experiment ended in goodness. Creamy, not too sweet, not too bitter. Just yummy!
